What to include
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include where relevant:
- The name and version of the app you're using.
- The device and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 18.2).
- A description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable.
